પરિચય
મારું નામ બીના. જન્મ સંસ્કારનગરી વડોદરા મા એક બ્રાહ્મણ પરિવાર મા થયો. આમ તો અંગ્રેજી મિડિયમમાં ભણી પણ પોતાની માતૃભાષા માટે હંમેશા એક ‘સોફ્ટ કોર્નર’ ખરો. લગ્ન પછી ૧૦ વર્ષ અમદાવાદમા, ત્યારબાદ અહી અમેરિકા મા મારા પતિ અને ત્રણ સન્તાનો સાથે કાયમી થયા છીઍ.
આપણી સંસ્કૃતિ અને સાહિત્યનો પ્રચાર થતો રહે એવી આશા સાથે તથા ગુજરાતી સાહિત્ય અને કવિતા નો શોખ મારામા જીવન્ત રાખવાના ઈરાદા થી આ બ્લોગ શરુ કર્યો છે. આપના અભિપ્રાયોનો મને ઈંતેજાર રહેશે.
વિષેશ નોંધ: બ્લોગનો હેતુ ફક્ત ગુજરાતી ભાષા પ્રત્યેનો મારો પ્રેમ છે, નહીં કે કોઈ અંગત સ્વાર્થ.
આ બ્લોગ ઉપર રજૂ કરેલ કૃતિઓના કોપીરાઇટ્સ-હક્કો જે તે રચનાકારના પોતાના છે, જો કોઈને પણ

અમેરિકામાં રહી આપ માતૃભાષા ભૂલ્યા નથી એટલું જ નહિ પણ આવો સુંદર બ્લોગ શરૂ કરી ગુજરાતી ભાષાને જીવંત રાખવા સક્રિય બન્યા છે તે બદલ અભિનંદન્ આપ આપની અનૂકુળતાએ મારા બ્લોગની મુલાક્ત અવશ્ય લેશો.આમ તો હું સીનીયર સીટીઝ્ન છું અને 70 પહોંચેલ છું. પણ વાંચવાના મારા શોખે અને ચીલાચાલુ અર્થ નહિ સ્વીકારવાના મારા અભિગમે મને સ્વતંત્રરીતે વિચારતો કરેલો અને હમણાં wordpress ગુજરાતી બ્લોગની સેવા આપવાની શરૂઆત કર્યાના સમાચાર મળતાં મેંપણ મારાં વિવિધ વિષયો ઉપરના વિચારો માટે બ્લોગ બાનાવ્યો અને તેમાં મૂકવાના ચાલુ કર્યા છે. તો આપ જરૂરથી મુલાકાત લેશો અને આપના પ્રતિભાવો પણ મને મોકલી પ્રોત્સાહિત કરશો તેમજ આપના બ્લોગમાં મારા બ્લોગની લીંક /સમાવેશ કરવા વિનંતિ.

મારું માનવું છે કે ગુજરાતી ભાષા કે સાહિત્ય આપણા જેવા લોકોની મોહતાજ નથી, એનો પ્રચાર કરવાની જરૂર નથી હોતી પરંતુ આ બહાને આપણે આપણા મૂળીયાને પાણી પાઈને ખુદને જીવંત રાખવાનો પ્રયાસ કરતા હોઇએ છીએ.
